- With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Western University, I have over 40 years experience as a leader and educator in the military, industry and public and private education systems at both the P-12 and Post-Secondary levels. My areas of interest include the impact of change on organizational cultures and the impact that people can have on change in organizations. I believe that appreciative and distributed leadership models are the best for ensuring engagement of stakeholders and ensuring successful change. I have an interest in problem and project-based learning, competency-based learning and assessment, and alternative educational methodologies and delivery methods that allow learners access anytime, anywhere.

I have wonder the same thing in the last days. It is difficult when you write and no one seems to be reading.
Answering your question, even if no one reads your blog, it does matter. To me, blogging is not only about publishing your thoughts. The action of writing helps to clarify your ideas, so blogging becomes a powerful reflection tool.
Anyway, as you can see, there are people half a continent away reading your thoughts. In fact, I have to say that I agree with a lot of the things I have found on your blog. I share many of your concerns. I guess I just have to comment a little more...
